NadiFlick HealthCare Agency was founded to solve two problems at once. Families were struggling to find care they could trust, and skilled care workers were struggling to find shifts that respected their time.
We work to CQC aligned standards, recruit only enhanced DBS checked staff and keep a real, UK based team on call around the clock, because care emergencies do not keep office hours, and neither do we.
